International Orders

RTS-Wireless.com welcomes the International customers!

Please read carefully:
RTS-Wireless.com reserves the right to accept international orders for purchases above € 100.00 only.
All orders under € 100.00 will be automatically cancelled.

All international orders have to be consolidated in our Sofia warehouse prior to shipment. Any product may not be in our Sofia warehouse, therefore it may require additional domestic shipping cost and extended time before the order is ready for shipment. Note that the international shipping cost might not be estimated online (for some countries) and in that case after the order is placed online, a representative sales person will contact you with an accurate shipping cost for approval.
Our shipping costs on international orders consist of any domestic shipping (if applicable) plus the international shipping cost. We ship our orders thru EU Postal Service, unless requested otherwise.

In case customer wishes to use a freight forward company please enter the company name and address as the shipping address. You can also arrange with a local freight forward company to pick up your order at our Sofia warehouse.
RTS-Wireless.com does not estimate or charge for custom duties and taxes. Our shipping rates do not include any custom duties and taxes. Customer is responsible for all custom duties and taxes.
RTS-Wireless.com is not affiliated with any freight forward company. Customer is entirely responsible for hiring and using any freight forward services.
