Warranty

The information or data made available at RTS web site are provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind. Buyer agrees that RTS, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives shall have absolutely no liability in connection with the services including but not limited to, any liability for damage to buyers computer hardware, data, information, materials and business resulting from the Information or the lack of information available on RTS web site. RTS shall have no liability for:

• Any loss or injury caused, in whole or in part, by its actions, omissions, or negligence, or for contingencies beyond its control, in procuring, compiling, or delivering the Information;
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Information regardless of how caused, or delays or interruptions in delivery of the Information; or
• Any decision made or action taken or not taken in reliance upon the Information furnished hereunder.

RTS makes no warranty, representation or guaranty as to the content, sequence, accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the Information or that the Information may be relied upon for any reason.

RTS makes no warranty, representation or guarantee that the Information will be uninterrupted or error free or that any defects can be corrected. For purposes of this section, RTS shall include divisions, subsidiaries, successors, parent companies, and their employees, partners principals, agents and representatives, and any third party providers or sources of information or data.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold

RTS stands behind every product we sell. If we have made a mistake, we will correct it. All of RTS products are guaranteed against defects for a period of 25 (Twenty five) days from the date the order is shipped to customer. Except as expressly stated herein, RTS makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on RTS web site. RTS expressly disclaims any representations and warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement.

This disclaimer includes any representations or warranties regarding year 2000 issues or compliance and RTS makes no representation and assumes no liability regarding whether any product or service sold by RTS is year 2000 complaint. Year 2000 representation may be available directly from the manufacturer or publisher of certain products. Under no circumstances shall RTS be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, from the use of, or reliance on, the Information, or from the use of the Internet generally. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to RTS arising from any product sold on RTS web site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall RTS, its directors, officers, employees and representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.
